East to work as taught us and give us the way to Thank what you give us . and give us the chance to know the right way for you and open for us a path for you . for you the keys of the heavens and the earth , you are able at all things ; After that .The in Hancing of the history of Hanafi doctrine jurists and their impact on Iraqi society in the first era Abbass start to develop in mind a day after a day since my study for majssiter degree . I have Tackled the subject of ” science Notation and tap in the First era Abbas ” and also including , the science of Amblyrhynchotes . This idea atlracted me . so , start to tackle the Anafi doctrine because the Abbasin caliphs go to their jurists in the first era Abbas . in order to be useful for my reading in this subject during my majissiter .
period to the best of my knowledge , there is no study has aunique for Hanfi doctrine in Irqi society in this era until now . this research provides for researcher many different sources in historical studies . as juris prudence books .It will help researcher from the scientific side . and also help him to know the different doctrines .
This subject is very important because , it is interested with photographing the economical , social , cultural and political society of Iraq through juris prudence subjects and Hanafi Fat was .
This subject is an episode from the opisodes of the intellectual project who adopt him the departing Prof . Dr . Ahmed Ramadan Ahmed who follow the impact of juris prudence doctrines in Islamic society cases in east and west a like . started it with the super vision on the subject with the title of ” Malaqi jurists and their impact in Andulas society until the end of calipha ”.
The study divided into four chapter with an introduction and pre apprehension with results , and a list for revision sand sources . the pre apprehension Tackle the reasons which helping in Hanafi doctrine spreading . the first chapter with the title of ” the Iraqi condition in first Abbas era ” including the study of political , economical social and intellectual conditions . thiseare the cases with which occupied the Islamic mind n that time and its impact in the mind of Hanafi Jurists . the second chapter ” political impact of Hanafi jurists ” .Concluding on their opinions in caliphs and imams and their relation with authority .
The third chapter ” religious impact of Hanafi jurists ” In this chapter tackled the Hanafi doctrine firm which want to easy the wor shops and also its moderation and realistic . and there are many examples such as the obligation and choose case and also the crisis which faced the Abbasi country ” Koran creation ” and the allitudes of Hanafi Jurists . and I added for that their atlitudes of heretics .Secularism , mu’tazilis , Shiites and khawarej . the fourth chapter ” the enconomical and social impact of Hanafi jurists ” . In it , I tackled the Hanafi and the prison culture and their attitudes from salvery and the speed in problems solving with legitimacy tricks . and other cases such as the liquor drinking case and singing .
The study faced many problems such as the new which we found refere to the student of Imam Abu Hanfi who are noted the Fatwas and Imam revised them to agree or reject or change.
There is no book for Abu Hanafi found in it all his opinions and fatawas . their students were noted his opinions and which affiliated to him . all the books of Abu Hanafi don’t refere for all opinion because there are many opinions have not noted yet .
And from difficults also , the study depending on juris prudence book , doctrines and Islamic divisions . so the researcher must tackle all doctrines as he canto understand every doctrince and the reasons of differences
