Abstract
In this doctoral work, some special surfaces in Euclidean 3-space E3 that br are constructed -#102;-#114;-#111;-#109; curves, are studied. As such, it is situated in the study br of the differential geometry. br Essentially, ruled surfaces, quadric surfaces and translation surfaces are the br main subjects of this thesis. The study of ruled surfaces which are surfaces br swept out by a straight line L moving along a curve is an interesting research br area in the theory of surfaces in Euclidean space. The ruled surfaces under br investigation are constructed by different methods which depend on the type br of the generator and the base curve [82]. Next, A quadric surface is the graph br of a second degree equation in three variables
