Abstract

Experimental results proved that of bean white rot caused by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and bean rust caused by Uromyces appendiculatus were the main dominant fungal disease of bean ., leaf microorganisms isolated from phyllosphere of healthy bean plants were identified as Trichoderma harzianum and Bacillus subtilis. Antagonistic studies proved that T. harzianum T3 and B. subtilis ( R) were the highest effective against the two pathogenic organisms, Salicylic acid at 5 m mol was the most effective antioxidant in reducing the two diseases . Sodium carbonate as mineral salt was the most effective salt in reducing the radial growth of the two pathogenic fungi. Sumi 8 was the best effective fungicide in reducing the growth of the tested fungi. Under greenhouse conditions, T. harzianum T3 application as spore suspension sprayed for foliar plant was the most effective in reducing the disease severity. Salicylic acid was able to cause high reduction of bean white rot and rust incidence. Emy and Neprasca var, showed tolerance to bean white rot and rust diseases, as treated with Potassium diphosphete and Calcium chloride as a salt treatment. Under field conditions. 15th August the date of planting ; Poulista (cv) ; T.harzianum T3 ( biocontrol ) ; Salicylic acid ( antioxidant ) ; Calcium chloride ( salt ) ; Kaolin ( antitranspirant ) and Sumi 8 ( fungicide ) plus irrigation after 14 days intervals and K2O fertilizar at rate of 48.0 kg / fed .Resulted in the most effective treatments for reducing bean white rot and rust incidence . The integrated disease management of bean diseases under field conditions at Fayoum governorate was studied in two major experiments using the previous treatments individually or in integration. It could be suggested that the IDM treatments significantly reduced the white rot and rust incidence compared with the application of each concept alone.
