Abstract
The study area, Bahariya-Ras Qattara, lies in the northern Western Desert, Egypt. It is bounded by latitudes 29 00- and 30 20- E. The area is considered as one of the oil productive areas in the Egyptian Western Desert . in the study area is a plateau of maximum elevation of 200 m above sea level.
