Abstract
the Study was Performed to Clinically Evaluate the Effect of Adding tramadol HCl to Mepivacaine HCl local Anaesthesia in Inferior Alveolar Never Block During Managing Mandibular Fractures Indicated for Closed Reduction the Study was Conducted on 15 Patients: 12 Males and 3 Femals in Different Age Groups Ranging from 19-33 Years old the Patients were Selected from the Out-Patient or in-Patient Clinics of the Oral Surgery Department.
