Abstract
Acetaminophen, caffeine, chlorpheniramine maltreat, codeine phosphate, ephedrine hydrochloride, phenylephrine hydrochloride and salicylamide are occupying prominent position in pharmaceutical practice.
These compounds are usually existing in multi-component mixtures in changeable matrices.
Following the rapid growth in the utility microcomputers in pharmaceutical analysis,different computer-assisted spectrophotometric methods have been-here-proposed.
These methods are UAM ,UOFM , UFFM and their correspondences using least squares approach.
