Abstract
The Role of different enzymatic paramerers in the development and protection against experimental doudenal ulcer was studied to achive this goal, the histaminase , histidine decarboxylase and adenyl cyclase activities as well as cyclic AMP and serotonin content of the duodenal mucosa were determined in control rats, in rats with experimentall-induced duodenal ulcers and in protected groups.
