Abstract
This retrospective study included one hundered and four patients with early breast cancer (TI-T2, 0-3 +ve axillary LNs, MO) presented at Clinical Oncology Department, Tanta University Hospital during the period from January 1999 to December 2004.The aim of this work was, evaluation of the role of radiotherapy in early breast cancer patients Tl-2 MO with (1-3 +ve axillary LN) as regard DF and OS.All patients were divided into two treatment groups, the first treatment group which included 64 patients had recieved adjuvant radiation therapy and systemic therapy (chemotherapy and/or hormonal therapy). The second group which included 40 patients had recieved adjuvant systemic therapy alone (chemotherapy and/or hormonal therapy).
