Abstract
This study involves a survey covering the chemistry, molecular modeling, synthesis and pharmacological values of some pyrazole derivatives.
A number of new pyrazole derivatives were synthesized, and they were submitted to molecular modeling studies using Catalyst software, molsoft docking software in order to predict their PPAR binding affinity.
