Abstract Cervical spondylosis means the presence of some specific degenerative changes in bone, intervertebr-al discs, joints and ligaments of the cervical spine. The present work was carried out on 50 patients suffering from symptoms assumed to be related to cervical spondylosis such as brachialgia, pain in neck and shoulders, neck stiffness, numbness in upper limb,headache, weakness in upper limb and weakness in lower limb. The cases were chosen at random from patients referred to diagnostic radiological department for plain X ray. Each patient was subjected to the. following : 1. History and clinical examination. 2. Radiograms of cervical spine performed in the following projections : a) Antero-posterior View |
