Abstract
This Study included 60 Patient one year or more after bariatric surgery, 20 patients were operated upon by (abdominal dermolipectomy), 10 patients (flankplasty), 10 patients (medial thigh life) 10 patients (brachioplasty) and 10 patients (reduction mammaplasty), techniques.
The results showed no major complications while the overall early and late minor complication rate was 31.6% in the form of seroma (1.6%), haematoma (6.6%), skin necrosis (3.3%), wound dehiscence (5%)., wound infection (3.3%), dog ear (8.3%), asymmetry (1.6%) and hypertrophic scar (1.6%).
