Abstract
Inflammation of the peritoneum of two types, either acute or chronic, general or limited, primary or secondary.
This letter refers to acute peritoneal inflammation suppurativa resulting from the penetration of the gut, either because of sickness or the result of shock and this type of peritoneal infection is common.
There are several reasons for such an explosion of inflammation, including inflamed appendix which accounts for nearly fifty per cent of all patients with this disease, and an explosion followed by duodenal ulcers representing about twenty per cent, and many other reasons.
In cases of inflammation of the peritoneum year there are two types of intestinal bacteria, aerobic and anaerobic.
That early diagnosis and treatment of inflammation of the crucial internal abdominal organs is an important element in determining the final outcome of such infection, and causes of Diagnosis:
1 - laboratory diagnosis, which depends mainly on the blood in the examination of the number of white blood cells and blood farm.
2 - Diagnostic Radiology regular, and then the modern diagnostic methods such as ultrasound and X-ray CT.
In the end, which includes treatment to cure the patient for shock and given appropriate antibiotics and surgery to save his life.
