Abstract

Cholecystectomy is the optimal Ela in the case of stones that were conducted since the first time in Berlin in 1882 by Carl Angenbouch.
It is known that the process of cholecystectomy essentially affect the patient Nearly two-thirds of patients spend more than 6 weeks away from work in addition to spend about a week in hospital.
There is also a possible relationship between cholecystectomy and colon cancer seems to be left to the eradication of bitterness infects stones does not preclude the risk of recurrent cancer of her gall bladder.
Which already led to the emergence of several other alternative ways of eradicating surgical bitter:
1 - cholecystectomy through the use of Laparoscopic cholecystectomy and the reasons for this are the same reasons Firecracker be eliminated by surgery, except the regular acute cholecystitis.
2 - dissolve the stones through the use of oral drugs for 6 months to two years or dissolved by direct contact of a chemical substance and gallstones.
3 - Finally, another alternative to cholecystectomy is converted to a block of fibrous tissue, using different chemicals, or tetracycline, or using hot Mzarat rays and give this method a glimmer of hope as an alternative to cholecystectomy, but the results so far are not quite successful.
And yet clear that the eradication of bitterness in the normal way is still the best way to deal with gallstones and used for all patients and have no special requirements.
