The expanding world, wide application of hepatitis B vaccine promises to eliminate the infection from ~uman population together with many cases of cirrhosis and cancer liver. The current hepatitis B vaccines have .proven to be highly immunogenic and effective. It had been reported to elicit protective response in more than 90 of healthy adults and more than 950/0 in infants, children and adolescents.
