Abstract
Sexualoffences These are serious crimes . sexual of fences constitute 10% of reported violent crime in England and wales (home office 1995) they are the illegal acts of sexual intercourse between two persons or one person and animal to obtain sexual gratification .Sexual offences are categorized into three groups .(3):1- natural sexual offences : [ through natural orifices ]rape :- it is carnal knowledge (sexual intercourse) between a man and a living woman through natural orifice under any of the following six conditions (2)- against her will .- without her consent .- with her consent when it to as obtained under threateumy to kill or to kill or hurt her.- with her consent but under fraud i.e. her consent is given because she believes that the man is her lawful husband.- with her consent when at the time of giving such a consent she is unable to understand the nature and consequences of what she gave the consent.- With or without her consent when she is under 18 years of .
