Abstract
Due to the increase production of new portent drugs which proved to have adverse reactions on the bone marrow, there is an insisting need to study and investigate these drugs and their effects, in an attempt to minimize or avoid as much as possible their toxicity on the bone marrow .Bone marrow is one of essential tisssues in man. It is responsible for hemopoiesis and its effection by some drugs will lead ultimately to different forms of blood disorders>The study includes reviewing of the anatomical, physiological and pathological aspects of the bone marrow .
