Abstract

Interleukin-2 was the first of series of lymphocytotropic hormones to be well characterized and synthesized it is central of the generation and regulation of the immune response .interleukin-2 is produced by t-cell react with high-affinity receptors on th t-cell surface.after binding interleukin-2 its receptor enters the cell and initiates events leading to cell division and activation .the work has been intended to clarify the clinical significance of serum sll-2r in agroup of patients with different clinical stages of pulmonary t.b.
