Abstract
The main objective of the study was to shed some lights on the problems and obstacles which face agricultural extension workers in three dis¬tricts in El-Beheira Governorate. A questionnaire through personal interviews-as a method-was used to collect data from the research respondents in the three districts Kafr El-Dawar, Damanhour and Itay El-Barood. As a matter of fact, the research sample reflected the whole number of agricultural extension workers in the study area, which estima¬ted by 100 respondents.
Percentages as well as frequency tables.Sim¬ple correlation coefficient and multiple regre¬ssion were utilized as statistical method for ana¬lyzing and presenting research data.
The study was divided into four chapters: the first chapter deals with research problem, the second covers the review of literature,chapter three explained the methodology, and the last pre¬sents the research findings. The most important findings of the study could be summerized as follows:
