Abstract
Chemotherapy treatment of cacer has become increasingly more successful in providing greater life expectancy and control of the spread of disfase for many persons with a dignosis of cancer, patients may experience physical and psychological changes assocciated with the disease or its treatment and have an impact on the ability t meet universal self-care needs. further. this changes alter individuals requirements and abiliy for self-care action.
