Abstract
The current investigation was designated to evaluate and compare histologically, histomorphologially and radiographically the regenerative potential of recombinant amelogenin protein individually and in combination with autologous platelet concentrate gel in the management of Class II furcation defects in dogs. Concerning the histologic assessment 21 adult healthy mongrel dogs were included in the current study . class 2 furcation defects were surgically ceated with respect to right and left lower first premolar teeth .
