Abstract
Gabal Abu Hawis area is located in the central Eastern Desert of Egypt pluton occurs as a high peak composed from younger granites intruded within a low relief host older granitoids. Field relations and observations confirm the presence of some different rocks units in the study area such as older granites (main host), younger granites (Gabal Abu Hawis pluton), pegmatite masses, quartz veins and diskes and the shear zone.
