Abstract

Egypt has a very high prevalence of HCV and a high morbidity and mortality from chronic liver disease, cirrhosis, and hepatocellular carcinoma. Approximately 20% of Egyptian blood donors are anti-HCV positive. Egypt has higher rates of HCV than neighboring countries as well as other countries in the world with comparable socioeconomic conditions and hygienic standards for invasive medical, dental, or paramedical procedures. WHO, (2006).
Nutrition Therapies for Liver Disease not only play an important role but also casually goals of nutrition therapy for patients with liver disease are to provide adequate protein and calories to maintain nitrogen balance and support liver regeneration, while preventing such complications as encephalophaty. Abstinence from alcohol is an essential part of managing alcohol-related liver disease. That agree with (McCullough and Tavill, 1991; Shanbhogue, 1987). (Shronts and Fish, 1993). Also studied on Hearbs That Effects on Hepatitis and iminosystem and enhancement hepatits agree with with (Fawzy Kotp, 1985). Aktay et al., (2000). Amirghofran et al., (2000). Bornet et al., (2002). Jovanovic et al., (2004). Ahmed et al., (2003). Lin et al., (2003). Capek et al., (2003).
