Abstract This study was made as a trial to discover other natural antioxidant ch is prepared from commerc~ soybean phosOhohPids This new zroxida~t can be used instead of synthetic antioxidants which caused ~~gerou5 diseases such as cancer This study was also made to improve te surface propethes of soybean phosPh0hP~5 and its comP0n~t5 by s reaction with propylene oxide.
