The Christian Coptic Orthodox libraries have appeared with Christianity’s Appcance . and its earliers . Prophet Mnrcon has realized ihe importance of Library and i(s greai role , so he was keen on its existence in divinity’s school in mid. Is Century . Libraries has sprcfldcd among Churches and Monasteries ’sides . from first Chirianity rs earliers . It wasn’t safety teasuries for Acquisitions only , but it have extended to be a center for spreading religious and spreading culture during historical ages .However it’s a great history , It liasn’t fortune in searching and study among libraries sciences and its history .This .study come to a covering try lor these libraries . its nitttire , fields , functions , acquisitions , technical preparation and services which present to its users society . The study lias concluded a kit of consequences . First those libraries arc specialty libraries , then it hasn’t use the international measurements for modern libraries’ buildings . fn addition to , its librarians aren’t specialists or trained . Further more , the study revealed that those libraries need to technical instruments as its instruments are diligence and”not existence . Thus the study mentioned three main command-; first. the Church have to from specialist central committee for libraries in Coptic Orthodox Pflrtiarcliate to issue these appropriate technical instruments and doing to improve these BJtmments. Second , the committee have to had meetings nnd training courses for librarians . which help them to follow the scientific progress , information revolution , knowledge exploding and technological age . Third Christian [’atiilty and institutes have to teach libraries’ sciences , because (heir graduate arc leader of knowledge specially in Christian’s society and figyplian’s society in general.
