Abstract
This work is conducted with the following objectives: 1) to study the growth of coturnix quail under Egyptian environment till 100 days of age. 2) to estimate some reproductive traits, such as fertility, hatchability and egg production in japanese quail. 3) to determination the correlation coefficient between body weight and some reproductive traits. 4) to determine the levels of plasma proteins in the blood of male and female before and afterr sexual maturity. 5) to study the relationship between egg production and certain plasma proteins, albumin to globulin ratio.
