Abstract
The present investigation is planned to study the following factors: 1) the effect of different media, temperature, relative humidity and adding different concentrations of fungicides on the behaviour and growth of the causal organism of potato blight. 2) the effect of fertilizers, date of sowing, distance between plants and fungicides on the percentage of infection and yield of solanum tuberosum L.due consideration is also given to the influence of the above factors on the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium uptake by solanum tuberosum L.plants.
