Abstract
This Work Is Carried Out To Obtain Data On The Persistence And Degradation Of Malathion And Sevin On The Leaves Of Lettuce, Letuca Sativa L.,Potato,Ipomoea Batates, Lam And Tomato,Lycapersicon Esculentum,Mill Under Field Conditions. Toxicity Of Kalathion And Sevin Residues Against The Cotton Leaf Worm Spodoptera Littoralis(Boisd) Is Illustrated. Effect Of Malathlon And Sevin On Certain Plant Constituents Of Lettuce Is Studied. Experiments Are Conducted To Study The Residues Of Malathiov And Sevin On The Leaves Of Tomato, Potato And Lettuce Sprayed In The Field At Rates Of I And 1.5 Litre/Feddan For Malathion(57%E.C.)And At The Rates Of 2 And 2.5 Kg/Feddan For Sevin(85%W.P.).
