Abstract The subjects of deformation or in other words diiferential movements of parts of an object take a place in surveying concern.In last two decades a great develop and concerns are given to this subject.Instruments and techniques are developed to cover this area and some scientist gives a great care for it.The close range photogrammetry is one of the subjects, which has been developed rapidly for this purpose.This thesis is based on reviewing the following techniques : 1- close range photogrammetry. 2- geodetic measurements for deformation. 3- geotechnical instruments concern the subject. chapters of this thesis analuse these three main parts as instrumentation and procedures. A practical work was done by the researcher using the mentioned geodetic and photogrammetric procedures in addition of combination of both. Result of the work shown the accuracies of different procedures and instruments. Subject of camera calibration, ground control, geodetic measurements, photogrammetric procedures and geotechnical procedures were discussed and analysed in this thesis which leads to conclusions and recommendations. This work opens the door to more investigations and researching for this subject of deformations, this can be found through the thesis chapter and the recommendations. |
