Abstract
As the new techniques of position determination of points on land and water and the mutually needs of geodetic observations and calculations the geodesist direct their researches towards the application to these techniques.The new techniques of GPS,WAAS and LAAS are used in navigation and aviation.
As the great traffic of air, sea and land, the command of safe journey became the title of the advance of technology and research.Therefore the geodetic information using the new techniques are the subject of this thesis.
To understand the geodetic needs of the three kind of navigation air, sea and land explanation of their items are introduced in the first four chapters.Followed by the application of traditional technology in chapter five. chapter six introduceds the new technology of WAAS and LAAS and their application on Egypt.Chapter six give an example of using the new techniques in egypt and ended by conclusion and recommendations.
