Abstract
In the field of nuclear and radiation physics there are many types of radiation detectors one of these types is the soild state nuclear track detector ssntd which is becoming more important recently and is extremely simple to construct compared with bubble cloud and spark chambers and even nuclear emulsions the technique of measuring the number of particles by observing their tracks in certain organic and inorganic materials.
