Abstract
The Present Work Is Carried Out To Evaluate The Peach Kernels As A Source Of Edible Oils And To Study The Physical And Chemical Properties Peach Kernel Oil In Comparison With Edible Cotton Seed Oil For The Debittering Of Peach Kermels , Water No Oll And Na Silicate Are Used For Their Treatment Since It Is Found That Water Is The Best Agent For The Debitterness Of Kernels. The Average Weight Of Peach Stone Is 3. 93 Gm. While The Kernel / Shell Ratio Is 89. 12/10. 88.
