Abstract
Solar flares are highly energetic eruptions that appear as bright areasin the chromosphere they are apparently related to sunspots as well as to other solar phenomenae the duration of flaresranges from few minutes to several hours during which it rises to maxximum intensity verey quickly and then fades relatively slowly.
