Abstract
This prospective study was cilried on 82 patients attended to clinical oncology Department, Tanta university Hospitals during the period between, January,2O0l and March, 2006 with previously untreated histopathologically proven invasive bladder cancer (T2-4aN0-3 ).The oim of this ,rr*is to evaluate the patient,s characteristics with invasive bladder carcinoma, evaluation of different radiation therapy schedules with systemic chemotherapy in the treatment of invasive bladder cancer, assessment of disease response , treatment sequales and survival figures with determination of different prognostic factors which may affect the prognosis.
