Abstract
The present work was carreid out at the experimental farm of the Depa-inent of animal Production, Faculty of Agriculture, Kafr El-Sheikh, Tanta University. hl this experiment, 12 growing Ralunany lambs, about 20 to 23 Kg body weight and age about 4 mouths were taken from the farm of the Department of Amma1 Production Faculty of Agric., Kafr El-Sheikh. They were divided randomly into three groups and fed the basal ration which was consisted of concentrate mixture (CM) and rice straw (RS).Two mineral mixtures were added to the ration of the experimental groups of lambs to cover their requirements according to recormnendations of NRC (1 98 1).
