Worldwide, the conference business is an infant dynamic industry, which is growing and maturing at a rapid rate there is no doubt that it is now a truly international industry witnessing huge investments across all continents.
Destination has always been one of the key factors in decisions over the choice of convention business market and meeting planners.
Egypt is considered one of the most important locations that attract the convention venues to hold their conferences due to geographical and political aspects.
In addition, the position of Egypt in the Middle East as the greatest leading country aiming for peace.
That gives refreshment to the Egyptian convention business.
However, convention business in Egypt locks some of the necessary characteristics of more established industries such as well-defined terminology, adequate market intelligence, appropriate education and training structures with the convention business and finally knowing how to serve these conferences well through a proper service quality offered.
Therefore, quality should be linked with the convention industry particularly in hotel industry to ensure convention success.
Nowadays, the word quality is used in every place, factories, companies, hospitals and hotels.
Now the customer doesn’t want a product or service only but he wants the product or the service better than his expectation.
Different hotels know that, so they try to do their best to provide a product or service which make the guest choose this hotel than other ones.
