Abstract
One of the most know traits our modern age is that it has become an age of the image not of the word. Since the image is the raw material of any potic work, it challenges many to define, understand and analze it. As pound defines it, the image is a radiant are constantly is...a vortex, through which and into which ideas are constantly rushing.Poetry pours its consciousness and unconsciousness into this ”vortex” into images. It is for this reason that many literary studies concentrate on analyzing the images of important literary works.
