Abstract

Fast food included meat products such as Sousage Lincheon, Kofta grilled, Kofta in sauce, Shawerma, Nuggets are said to be not good for health because meat rich in fat and cholesterol, and the high intake is associated with increased blood cholesterol levels and coronary heart disease.
There is relation between red meat consumption and CHD risk factors, Dietary intake of total and saturated fat comes from fast food, snack food, oils and spreads, so in present study biological studies were carried on selected fast foods using Spraugue Dawley rats.
