Abstract Under local conditions , there are some problems which delay milk production and its manufacturing . for example , transportation or milk from the farms or collecting centers to the dairy plants in good form is consider a difficult thing especially in the high temperature, the cooler lank-cars are not available and the hygienic conditions in milk products and handling are inconsiderable. So, some physical and chemical properties of milk such taste, odor and acidity are changing to make milk unable to the pasteurization processing . So, this study looking for an easy and safety method to overcome this problem especially in the presence of some toxic agents which used in milk preservation such as formalin which has a harmful effect on the general health and the WHO warmed us from using it as a preservative agent in any foods because it is consider a carcinogenic agent. |
