Research Problem : Sports activities within the school sport curriculum multiply and diversity between the individual and collective activities, each of which has its impact on the body vital organs according to the different characteristics of each activity, and to make use of the applications of sport physiology and training in development of physical fitness comply with the characteristics of such diverse activities Summary Objectives : 1. Designing a training program for improving the performance level of some floor gymnastic skills for the female students of the second stage of elementary education. 2. Study of the training program impact on the physiological variables( bio- capacity, physical competency). 3. Study of the training program impact on the physical variables (flexibility, litheness, balance, endurance). 4. Study of the training program impact on the level of performance of skills (forward degree, wheel, head stand, hand stand). Summary Hypotheses : 1. There are statistically significant differences in level of performance of some floor gymnastic skills for the female students of the second stage of elementary education, between the before and after measurements, to the favor of the after measurement. 2. There are statistically significant differences in alteration1’ of some physiological variables for the female students of the second stage of elementary education between before and after measurements 3. There are statistically significant differences between the two experimenfal groups and the control group in the level of performance of some floor gymnastic skills for the female students of the second stage of elementary education, between before and after measurements, to the favor of the two experimental groups 4. There are statistically significant differences between the two experimental groups and the control group in alteration of some physiological variables for the female students of the second stage of elementary education, between before and after measurements, to the favor of the two experimental groups.
