Abstract
Urethral reconstruction using free graft is a useful technique and its result is not so bad especially if compared with circumstances in which Free grafts are used. Free grafts have been always used in server degree of hypospadias, crippled hypospadias or recurrent and long segment anterior urethral stricture. This study was conducted upon 75 male patients who were admintted to the urology departments of Tanta and Ain Shams University Hospitals during the period of the study. Among our patients 40 patients were hypospadiac and 35 patients had anterior urethral stricture.
