Abstract Urinary incontinence (UI) is defined as involuntary loss of urine through urethra that is severe enough to be of social and hygienic v consequence, Despite the medical, psychological, and financial consequences, the magnitude of this problem remains under estimated. (1)Genuine stress urinary incontinence (GSUI): is defined as the involuntary loss of urine with increased intra-abdominal pressure in absence of detrusor contractions or overdistension of urinary bladder results from an incompetence of the continence mechanisms of bladder neck secondary to urethral hypermobilty or internal sphinecteric deficiency. Urgent incontinence (UI): is urinary leakage secondary to uninhibited bladder contractions ”Detrusor instability” either spontaneous or provoked.
