Abstract
Urinary obstruction is a major clinical problem responsible for thousands of hospital admission and surgical problems each year because it predispose to urinary infection, renal damage and renal failure. Radiology and imaging in particular plays a very essential role in the diagnosis of all cases and sometimes in management of some cases. The aim of this study was to evaluate the role of MR urography, IVU and US duplex doppler in particular, in assessement of ureteric obstruction. The final diagnosis of obstructive is based on visual endoscopic or open surgical management.
