Abstract
This work aims to study the gastroduodenal mucosal changes in diabetic patients with non-ulcer dyspepsia (NUD) and to clarify the role of both impaired gastric motility and H.plori in the pathogenesis of these changes. The present study included 20 healthy volunteers and 70 patients who were divided into the following groups : group 1 : This included 20 healthy non diabetic volunteers without GIT symptoms to assess the normal gastric emptying rate.
