Abstract
The outcome of solid organ tansplantation has improved significantly in the past tew decades with the advent of cyclosporine and other new irnrnuno suppressive agents .Nephrotoxicity is the most common c;omplication of the chronic use of cyclosporine.Cyclosporine induced nephrotoxicity by many mechanisms as stimulation of rennin- angiotensin system and the excess production of free radicals as lipid peroxide.The aim of this work is to study the effects of Enalapril (ACEi) , valsartan(ARB) and vit E concomitantly used with cyclosprine A on renal functions and lipid peroxidation.
