Abstract
Since the introduction of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA, interventional techniques have increasingly been used in the treatment of coronary artery disease. As a result in refinement in technique and advanced technologies, outcouines with coronary intervention have steadily improved throughout the past 2 decades and various new devices for coronary intervention have been introduced to improve acute and long -term results of balloon angioplasty. Due to vessel expansion and the scafolding effect, stenting may achieve superior and long -term results in patient with unstable angina compared to balloon angioplasty.( into clinical practice
