Abstract
The study was carried out on 146 cases died suddenly and unexpectedly. to assess the role of cardiovascular diseases as a cause of sudden unexpected death the cases were divided into sudden cardiac ischemic death SCID sudden cardiac non ischemic death SCNID sudden non cardiac death SNCD and control cases CC who died from any other cause as trauma or toxicity.
