Abstract

Thanks to our merciful GOD for the plentiful blessings and thanks to GOD once more for enabling me to prepare this thesis.
I wish to express my deepest appreciation and gratitude to Prof. Samir Sayed Abd El-Kader, Professor and head of Cardiology, Faculty of Medicine, Assiut University for his effort, activities and experience for the development and supervision of this work. I also wish to express my respectful indebtedness for his valuable advice as well as his tolerance and patience in revising the thesis.
