Abstract Two experimental series were conducted on clay soil during 2001 and 2002 seasons at Sakha Agricultural Research Station, Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate to study : 1- Effect of bio and mineral NP fertilizer as well as application methods of microelements on cotton cv. Giza 85. 2- Effect of foliar spraying with Ascobin and microelements on cotton cv. Giza 85. I- Response of cotton cv. Giza 85 to bio- and mineral fertilizer and application methods of microelements : A complete block design in a factorial arrangement, with four replications was used. The 18 treatments were all combination among three factors as follows : A- Bio- and mineal fertilizer : 1- Full NP, i.e. adding 60 kg N + 22.5 kg P2?5 as a recommended rate. 2- Biofertilizer, i.e. seeds were inoculated with two commercial biofertilizer (Rhizobactrein at the rate of 0.8 kg/fed, and Phosphorin at the rate 0.9 kg/fed.). 3- Vi NP + seed inoculation |
