Abstract
the present investigation was conducted in the apiary of the faculty of agriculture kafr el-sheikh tanta during three successive seasons of 1997,1998 and1999 to obtain some information on the effect ofsome treatments on biological and physiologicalstudies of honey bee twenty equal strength colonies were used in every season.
