Abstract
The present study aimed to study some physiological parameters in serum , liver and pectoral muscles of palm dove (Streptopelia senegalensis) under the normal , experimental condition ( Starvation/ dehydration) and refeeding condition after 48h of complete fastiong. The parameter chosen for the persent work the erythrocyte count (RBCs), hemoglobin concentration (Hb), packed cell volume (pCV), serum total protein , serum total lipid , serum glucose , serum cholesterol , serum uric acid , serum gluamic oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT) , serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase (GPT) and the glycongen content of both liver and pectoralis muscle.
